Oregon “I-5 Flasher” Arrested Again on Public Indecency Charge

A man previously dubbed the “I-5 Flasher” has been arrested in Oregon after a new allegation of indecent exposure while driving along Interstate 5, authorities confirmed.

According to Oregon State Police, 59-year-old Charles Porter from Beaverton was taken into custody on March 18 following a complaint from a woman motorist. The incident reportedly occurred near Woodburn, where the woman told officers that Porter drove alongside her vehicle, matched her speed, and engaged in inappropriate behavior while staring at her.

The victim quickly contacted law enforcement, leading officers to locate and arrest Porter at his workplace in Woodburn. He was later booked into the Marion County Jail and charged with public indecency…
