PORTLAND, Ore. — A serial killer behind the deaths of three Portland woman died in custody on Sunday.
Jesse Andre D’Breeze, also known as Jeffrey Paul Cutlip, died at 76 years old while serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole at Two Rivers Correctional Institution, the Oregon Department of Corrections said. He died while in hospice care.
