Seth Todd, the Portland protester who first donned an inflatable frog costume and spawned an international trend, has been ordered to stay three blocks away from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in the South Waterfront for three months.
The order springs from Todd’s arrest Jan. 8 after U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents shot and wounded two people in Portland.
Todd faced a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct after police accused him of ignoring their order to get out of the street in front of the ICE building so vehicle traffic could pass.
