Portland police are asking for the public’s help locating a missing 16-year-old who was last seen in Southeast Portland earlier this month.
Portland Police Bureau officers responded on Tuesday, March 10, to a residence in the 9000 block of Southeast Mt. Scott Boulevard, where they learned Tearny Elbrader had left the home around 11:45 p.m. the night before. She was last seen walking toward Southeast 92nd Avenue, police said.
