PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Parkrose neighborhood store is headed for closure less than a year after another East Portland grocer shut down.
As first reported by The Oregonian/OregonLive, Grocery Outlet on 10721 NE Sandy Blvd. is set to halt operations this summer. Corporate leaders of the retail chain confirmed the closure in an email to KOIN 6 on Wednesday.

“We appreciate the loyalty of the Parkrose community and thank our customers for choosing to shop with us,” a Grocery Outlet spokesperson wrote. “Although the Parkrose location is closing, we look forward to welcoming shoppers at our other Portland-area stores, where they can continue to find significant savings on top brands.”
