Hearth & Vine, a new restaurant from the Apicii restaurant group, is set to flip on the lights Thursday, April 2, 2026, inside the historic Henry Weinhard Brewery building in Portland’s Pearl District. The full-scale restaurant, bar and event venue is taking over the former Henry’s Tavern spot in the Brewery Blocks.
As reported by the Portland Business Journal, Hearth & Vine will occupy roughly 12,000 square feet and plans to open on April 2 in the same Brewery Blocks unit that once housed Henry’s Tavern.

According to City of Portland liquor filings, a license application for Hearth & Vine lists the trade name at 10 NW 12th Ave and shows seating for 121 guests inside plus 78 outdoor seats. The…..
