PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Teams are working to rescue a seriously injured hiker who fell 150 feet near the Sandy River in Multnomah County on Saturday afternoon.
Just before 3 p.m., Gresham firefighters were sent to the area of the Stark Street Viaduct near Troutdale after the report of a person falling down an embankment.
According to firefighters, two people were hiking when one fell and suffered a broken femur and a skull fracture.
