PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A Portland man who crashed with a car while riding on a motor scooter in Northeast Portland last month has died in the hospital, police officials said.
On March 24, Kyle Stahl, 38, of Portland, was riding a scooter north on Sandy Boulevard when a driver made an illegal U-turn near Northeast 31st Avenue, directly in front of Stahl’s path.
