PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Authorities are searching for suspects after a pond was contaminated with spray foam near the White River Wildlife Area.
According to the Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife Division, multiple cans of spray foam were found in a small pond bordering the White River Wildlife Area.
Officials said that the cans were compromised and foam was leaking into the water…
