PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — New details emerged in court Tuesday in the case against an 18-year-old accused of shooting and killing an Uber driver while aiming for two teens in his car.
According to prosecutors, the 18-year-old ambushed two teens, ages 17 and 18, at the time of the June 4, 2024, incident.
The accused was 16 at the time of the alleged crimes and is therefore being tried in juvenile court. His identity and court documents are not available to the public…
