Thousands without power in Portland’s Goose Hollow early Wednesday

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Thousands are without power in the Goose Hollow area as a powerful spring storm makes its way through the region early Wednesday morning.

As of 5:30 a.m., nearly 3,000 homes are being impacted by the outage near SW Clay Street and 17th Avenue, according to Portland General Electric’s outage map.
