WATCH: Portland police remove car from Willamette River in crash that killed 3 teens

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Crews recovered a car from the Willamette River in Portland following a tragic crash that left three people dead earlier this month.

Police say the vehicle plunged into the river after fleeing from officers at a high rate of speed, crossing through Tom McCall Waterfront Park and crashing through a seawall fence.
