PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A man was seriously injured, and another man was charged with attempted murder after a street fight in North Portland.
According to court documents, Portland police responded to the Denny’s at 11950 N. Center Ave. on reports of a man who had been gashed in the throat.
