An April 27 two-vehicle crash near Canby killed a 71-year-old woman and injured seven more people, police said.
According to the Oregon State Police, Nathan Dale Ellis, 50, of Hubbard, was driving a gray Kia Telluride SUV south on Oregon 99E near Canby and failed to stop at the stoplight on South Barlow Road.
The SUV went on to hit the driver’s side of a tan Chevrolet Silverado driven by Jesus David Barajas Diaz, 47, of Canby, as he was turning left from South Barlow Road onto Oregon 99E, a news release said…
