Mayor Wilson pressed on complaints against Portland’s homeless services provider

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — An investigation into Portland’s largest homeless services provider is drawing new scrutiny as city leaders weigh the future of a multimillion-dollar contract.

KATU reported this week that Urban Alchemy, a nonprofit contracted by the city, faces dozens of complaints against its staff. The allegations include sexual harassment, theft, drug use and retaliation.
