The Lake Oswego Police Department arrested John Parks, the former Lake Oswego High School track and field coach who subsequently filed a federal lawsuit against the Lake Oswego School District, for criminally trespassing during a track event at the school on Thursday, May 7.
“Lake Oswego Communications (LOCOM) received a report from an employee of the Lake Oswego School District (LOSD) regarding a former employee who had been previously trespassed from district property. The individual was reportedly attending a sporting event at Lake Oswego High School and had already been asked to leave by district staff at the event,” the Lake Oswego Police Department said in a press release.
