VANCOUVER Wash. (KPTV) – A vacant house burned in east Vancouver on Saturday morning, according to firefighters.
At about 10 a.m., crews with the Vancouver Fire Department were sent to a fire at East 21st Street and Wilson Avenue, just off of East Fourth Plain Boulevard.
