BATTLE GROUND, Wash. (KATU) — The Lewisville Regional Park in Battle Ground is now closed indefinitely following a morning fire.
Firefighters were sent to the park just before 1 a.m. “The fire appears to be suspicious in nature but no cause has been determined at this time,” Clark-Cowlitz Fire Rescue posted on Facebook. “No injuries were reported.”
“The fire has been extinguished, but to ensure safety and not inhibit the work of responders, the park is CLOSED to the public until further notice,” Clark County Public Works posted on the park’s website…
