PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A local doctor is facing five years in prison after pleading guilty to a deadly hit and run.
Kenneth Kolarsky was driving in Woodburn in late December 2024 when he hit Nicolas Hernandez-Mendoza, 44, at a crosswalk on Pacific Highway north of Williams Avenue.
