PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — After a man was arrested for allegedly striking an officer with a rock after breaking into a house and threatening to kill the family that lived there, KOIN 6 spoke with the woman who encountered the attacker.
According to court documents, the suspect, Timothy Reed, was arrested just days prior for allegedly exposing himself to children in a local park and threatening to kill the man who tried to stop him.
