Shooting Near School Bus Stop in Wood Village, Oregon

WOOD VILLAGE, OR – The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting Friday afternoon near a school bus stop in Wood Village that left a female minor injured.

According to investigators, deputies were dispatched at approximately 4:14 p.m. on May 15 after a school bus driver called 911 to report a shooting near Northeast 235th Avenue and Northeast Arata Road.

First responding deputies located an injured female minor suffering from a gunshot wound and immediately began providing life-saving aid until paramedics arrived…
