PORTLAND, Ore. — Police are investigating after a woman was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries on Friday evening.
Around 6:07 p.m., a woman was reported to be injured on the sidewalk in the 700 block of Northwest Naito Parkway in Old Town. According to the Portland Police Bureau, all officers in the precinct were on other calls and unable to respond, so Portland Fire & Rescue and AMR responded to the scene to help the woman.
A few minutes later, two officers and a sergeant were cleared from their calls and began arriving to the scene. They closed down Northwest Naito Parkway for the investigation…
