PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — The man injured in a recent motorcycle crash on Federal Hill announced his candidacy for the Ward 5 seat on the Providence City Council being vacated by Jo-Ann Ryan, who is running for state representative.
Christopher Woodley told 12 News he filed to run for the open seat on Monday.
