Heavy rains are causing major flooding issues in parts of southern Massachusetts on Tuesday morning.
The worst of the weather right now is across Bristol and Plymouth counties, where a cluster of thunderstorms and flash flooding is moving through. As of 6 a.m., the storms were in the New Bedford area, charging toward Plymouth.
