St. Mary’s Catholic Church rectory, located on 78 Broadway in Taunton, will be converted into a residential rehabilitation facility operated by Community Counseling of Bristol County, according to a site plan review application obtained by the Gazette.
According to the application, the proposed use is classified as a “group home” under local zoning.
The facility would include up to 19 bedrooms, along with bathrooms, offices for program staff, a kitchen, living rooms and meeting rooms.
