COVENTRY, R.I. (WPRI) — A new Coventry breakfast spot has finally opened its doors after more than a year of delays.
The Ham and Egger, which moved into the building where the old Hunan Balcony Chinese restaurant used to be, officially celebrated its soft opening Wednesday morning.
The Washington Street restaurant was originally supposed to open last fall, but the owners, who renovated the building from the ground up, were forced to push their opening date back after discovering the septic system was “not suitable for restaurant use.”…
