WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) — A former Warwick Water Division employee who was facing several domestic violence and drug charges has avoided jail time.
The charges stemmed from incidents on Nov. 19 and Dec. 5. Michael DiPetrillo was arrested in December 2025 after a woman accused him of throwing a stainless steel cup into the back of her head, sending her to the hospital.
