PLAINVILLE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Residents in Plainville, Mass. say new attractions in town are a welcome addition.
Jeff Kinney, the best-selling author of the “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” book series has built a bookstore called An Unlikely Story, a cafe and now a beer garden in town. Maura Shea, the general manager of Guild Brewery’s beer garden, said they didn’t even need to advertise since it’s the talk of the town.
“It’s a family-friendly place, I mean, obviously it’s built for adults but we love to have families and the people of Plainville that’ve been waiting for something going on in the town center and Jeff decided to build the perfect spot, so here we are,” said Shea…
