PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — A person was hospitalized early Sunday morning after a hit and run at the corner of Westminster St. and Broadway in Providence.
According to Providence Police, the man was operating an e-bike at 12:39 a.m. when he was hit by a vehicle.
