WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) — A garbage truck caught fire in a Warwick neighborhood Tuesday morning.
Warwick Mayor Frank Picozzi confirmed in a social media post that the garbage truck caught fire on Duane Street during trash pickup.
Picozzi said the driver was brought to the hospital after he inhaled smoke while trying to put out the fire with an extinguisher. He is expected to be OK…
