Traffic on the Mount Hope Bridge will be stopped in both directions at several points between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. this Wednesday, Aug. 5, while crews carry out two large lifts tied to the bridge’s dehumidification project.
The Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority, the quasi-state agency that operates the bridge, issued the alert on Jul 31st.
