PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — The couple suspected of robbing a Federal Hill bank three years ago had been living a new life in New York until their arrests earlier this week, prompting attorneys there to dub them “Rhode Island’s Bonnie and Clyde.”
The new life of Stanley Palmer, 45, and Tracey Delgado, 33, included getting married, changing names, selling a house in Woonsocket and buying a three-bed home in the foothills of the Adirondacks in upstate New York, a Target 12 investigation has found.
But the past came back to haunt them earlier this week when they were arrested for a second time in connection with the Providence heist where most of the $500,000 stolen has never been recovered…
