JOHNSTON, RI — A Providence man was arrested on an active bench warrant following a traffic stop on Brown Avenue.
Guillermo Carmona, 50, of Providence, was taken into custody at 4:40 p.m. on a Sixth Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on an original charge of driving with a suspended license.
