FALL RIVER, Mass. (WJAR) — Following a massive sting operation in Fall River that lead to 40 arrests on Wednesday, the city’s interim police chief believes a clear message has been sent.
“It’s just been layers of violence that I think we can’t stand for anymore,” said Chief J.T. Hoar.
