A dog is believed to have mauled an 86-year-old woman in Dighton, Massachusetts, who had serious injuries that required her to be flown to a hospital for treatment, NBC affiliate WJAR reported Sunday.
The woman had severe facial injuries and was in critical condition, the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office told the station.
