PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — One of two defendants previously charged in a 2023 bank heist on Federal Hill was newly indicted and charged in court Friday morning.
Stanley Palmer, 45, is facing one count of breaking and entering, grand larceny and two counts of conspiracy. His attorney, Joseph Voccola, pleaded not guilty on his behalf.
