PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A former bank employee previously charged in a 2023 bank heist on Federal Hill was newly indicted and charged in court Monday morning.
Tracey Delgado, 33, is facing one count of breaking and entering, grand larceny and two counts of conspiracy. Delgado referred to herself as Tracey Palmer in court and her attorney entered a plea of not guilty on her behalf.
