PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — One of two suspects in a 2023 Federal Hill bank heist — a married couple who are facing charges in the case for a second time — returned to a Rhode Island courtroom Monday after being arrested in New York earlier this month.
Tracey Delgado, 33, is accused of breaking into the Santander bank branch on Atwells Avenue where she worked.
