CHARLESTOWN, R.I. (WPRI) — Newly released body-worn camera footage shows the arrest of a Johnston man who reportedly rammed his car into a Charlestown police cruiser earlier this summer.
Jonathan Vasquez, 23, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving back in June.
