PROVIDENCE, RI — Members of the Auto Theft Task Force and ACI Investigations Unit arrested a man on multiple fraud charges at 6 a.m. Tuesday.
Chadwick Rodriguez, 48, of Providence, was arrested following an investigation by members of the Auto Theft Task Force.
