EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A Central Falls man has been charge with indecent exposure after a woman accused him of exposing himself while driving on Interstate 195 on on the Fourth of July.
A Johnston woman, who is not being identified, said she was driving to Newport for a cookout when she noticed a man in a black Mustang pull up “nose to nose” to her car on I-195.
