SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WJAR) — Firefighters rescued a pit bull from a burning home in Smithfield on Tuesday after finding him unconscious beneath blankets and towels.
Firefighters rushed to a home on Woodland Road Tuesday morning and were met with smoke and flames in the kitchen.
