Small Dog Rescue of New England reports that Dottie, a long-haired chihuahua mix, has been fully vetted and is now ready to travel from Texas to New England in hopes of finding a permanent adoptive home. According to the nonprofit, volunteer organization, Dottie is 4½ years old and weighs about 9 pounds, and the group is asking the public to share her adoption listing to help connect her with a family.
