The Pawtucket City Council on Thursday postponed a decision on renewing a kennel license for Harmony Dog Training LLC on Patterson Avenue until its first meeting in October, after a hearing that ran more than two hours and exposed a dispute over whether the license should ever have been issued, according to the City Council’s published meeting recording.
The council also voted to send the school department site control of a South Bend Street property for the planned unified high school, and recommended approval of a three-year Teamsters Local 251 contract with the Pawtucket Water Supply Board.
