Shelter-in-place lifted at two Pawtucket schools after concerning phone call

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WJAR) — A shelter-in-place was briefly implemented at Goff Middle School in Pawtucket on Wednesday after the school received what officials described as a concerning phone call.

Principal Danielle Bishop on Facebook said administrators worked with the Pawtucket Police Department and the school resource officer to assess the situation.
