Smithfield’s Zoning Board of Review is scheduled to take up four separate property matters on Wednesday, October 7, at 6 p.m. at Town Hall, 64 Farnum Pike — a proposed medical clinic, two requests to build in front yards, and an appeal tied to the proposed Smithfield Corporate Complex on George Washington Highway.
The town posted the notice on September 14, roughly three weeks before the hearing, signed by board chairman Richard E. Leveille. The four cases are not one project and do not involve the same legal test. Three are applications for zoning relief.
