CRANSTON, R.I. (WJAR) — Rhode Island State Police arrested a Providence driver early Monday after they said she traveled south in the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 for nearly 10 miles.
Troopers received reports of the wrong-way driver at about 1:30 a.m. near the Smithfield Avenue area of Providence, Major Sean McGehearty said.
