PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — The man charged in a motorcycle crash on Federal Hill in June is now eligible to have his license reinstated.
Michael Carnevale, 20, was charged with reckless driving after he allegedly bypassed police barricades and sped down a closed Atwells Avenue on his motorcycle during the annual St. Joseph’s Feast on the night of June 6.
Officials said another man, 35-year-old Robert Maggiacomo, threw a trash can at Carnevale, causing him to lose control of his motorcycle and barrel into bystanders…
