PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — A popular cocktail bar in Providence owned by former Rhode Island Congressman David Cicilline has suddenly shut its doors.
Clementine Cocktail Bar posted to its Instagram account with the announcement Friday thanking customers for a great four years.
