SOMERSET, Mass. (WPRI) — Two boaters suffered serious head injuries after a crash in the Taunton River on Saturday.
According to the Somerset Fire Department, the crash happened around 9:25 p.m. when a 14-foot vessel hit a pier at Weaver’s Cove and began to sink.
Marine units with the Somerset and Fall River fire departments responded to the scene, and pulled both victims out of the water…
